Dear Friends,

I write to you today with a heart heavy with both immense sorrow and a glimmer of hope. My sister-in-law battled for 15 long years to become a mother, enduring heartbreak and disappointment. But through unwavering determination and the miracle of IVF, she was finally blessed with twins.

However, her joy was short-lived. Three weeks ago, she began bleeding and was rushed into emergency surgery to save her babies. The complications were severe. During the procedure, she aspirated vomit into her lungs, leading to a critical condition. Since then, our lives have been a whirlwind of fear and fervent prayers, hoping for yet another miracle.

This morning, after a courageous fight, she lost her battle. The pain of losing her is indescribable. We were incredibly close, speaking every week about the twins, praying, and sharing our dreams for the future. She was not just my sister-in-law, but my confidant and friend.

Now, in this time of overwhelming grief, I am desperate to pay my last respects and be there for her husband and the 3week old twins she loved so dearly. I am reaching out to you, dear friends, to help me raise the necessary funds to travel and be with my family during this devastating time. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. I also intend to make a donation to the maternity wing where the medical staff worked tirelessly to save her life but because of limited resources i feel she died needlessly.
