Travel is my greatest passion and my most important hobby.  Travel is the best way for everyone to understand our place in this world.  Now, my family and I have some new travel dreams to fulfill, and I will be using these experiences as part of a basis for an ongoing blog business.

Which ones will actually get done next year?  Probably only the Camino, and possibly Thailand, depending on work schedule.  Since the family is already talking about a cruise, Niagara Falls will probably be put off.

Please note that I am not asking anyone to pay for these trips outright, but I am suggesing that anyone who would like to give us a meaningful gift of experience may wish to consider donating a little bit towards one of them as a gift on any special occasion - these will mean much more as a gift than physical objects. 

Ian & I want to walk El Camino de Santiago in Spain, following the footsteps of pilgrims from the mountains of St. John to the Cathedral at Santiago to Finisterra, the end of the world, as his graduation trip.

Piper wants to see the animals of Africa.  This is significant as it piques her interest.

We want to go as a family with everyone to Niagara Falls.

I want to go with other retired Air Force wives on a cultural weeklong trip to Thailand to learn to cook Thai food and photograph the landscape with a locally born, now American Air Force wife leading the group.
