I’ve dreamed of traveling the world my whole life — but for years, my reality was kitchens, classrooms, and 60-hour workweeks. Since I was 13, I’ve balanced school and professional cooking, rarely taking a break. I didn’t even leave the country until I was recruited to compete on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef in Ireland at 18.

Now, with my bachelor’s degree complete and years of Michelin-star kitchen experience behind me, I’m finally ready to chase the dream I’ve worked so hard for. This journey is about growth, learning, and stepping into the world beyond the kitchen — and I’d be incredibly grateful for your support in making it possible.
