My Travel Story

Like my dad, I love History! The Summer after 8th Grade our school brings kids to Washington DC to explore our nation's capital and learn about our rich history. We will got to historical sites like the Smithsonian, Iwo Jima War Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, Washington Monument, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and even the White House. We might even get to go to a musical or a baseball game while we are there! 

I am looking forward to this trip to not only learn about history, but to travel to another state with my classmates and have some fun while we learn - without mom and dad!! The trip is from Monday, June 10th - Friday, June 15th 2023. We get to fly there and fly home which I am excited about! 

The cost of the trip includes access to the attractions, airfair, hotel, and food. My goal is to collect donations for a portion of the total cost. If you would like to donate to my trip it would be much appreciated! Thank you!
