WANDERLUST WINE CO. TRAVEL THE WORLD THROUGH WINE

Fellow Travelers and Wine Enthusiasts,

I am excited to announce that I will be undergoing a Masters in Wine Management offered through the OIV MSc Program, which is based out of Montpellier SupAgro!

This program aligns perfectly with my brand, Wanderlust Wine Co., as I will be traveling to 27 wine producing countries, learning from the world's top leaders in the wine industry. Undergoing this program will allow me to launch my brand and help me open my winery over the course of the next five years.

WHAT IS WANDERLUST WINE CO.

Wanderlust Wine Co. wants you to Travel The World Through Wine!

Wanderlust Wine Co. is a wine brand meant to celebrate two of the greatest things in life, WINE and TRAVEL. It will ultimately beceome a fully operational winery that will produce an array of high quality wines that people can enjoy on any occasion. Wanderlust Wine Co. will also serve as a Wine Blog that will hopefully inspire others to travel and learn about wine.
 
HOW IT ALL BEGAN

During my senior year in college, I studied abroad on Semester at Sea and took the Geography of Wine course taught by professor John Boyer. I became fascinated with wine, and decided then and there that I would pursue a career in the wine industry.

I went on to obtain my Levels 1 & 2 Sommelier Certifications through the International Sommelier Guild (ISG), began producing small batches of homemade wine, and worked at five different wineries, such as Chateau Ste. Michelle, Infinite Monkey Theorem, and King Family Vineyards.

I began conceptualizing my own wine label that embodied my two passions, and thus Wanderlust Wine Co. was born!

WHERE WE ARE

The support to open Wanderlust Wine Co. has been overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to obtain a formal education in wine production. I began taking some fundamental courses at South Seattle College in Seattle, WA, in order to prepare me for a Masters Program in Wine Management. I found a good number of amazing wine programs around the world, yet, the most suiting for my personal and professional goals was the OIV MSc.

I want to take you along the journey of starting a winery, which is why I have created a wine blog section on the Wanderlust Wine Co. website. You will be able to keep up with the wine and the adventures this next year has in store.
