My Travel Story

I grew up in an environment where the availability of clean water supply was a challenge, this made me very sick as a child. I believe this experience birthed my passion for knowledge, research, and building resilient communities. Participating in the 2023 International Water Association's conference in Kigali, Rwanda as a volunteer will give me the right platform to learn about innovative ways to not only extend water resources, but provide solutions to water pollution problems. This knowledge will be helpful to my community. I have already been selected as a volunteer delegate, but I need to fund my travel, visa, and accommodation expenses. I will take care of my feeding for a period of one week. I was also selected as a delegate for the Global Peace Chain summit in New York. As a delegate, I will be able to learn about peace and sustainability that make up a healthy society. Thank you.
