My Travel Story

Howdy all! Ender (17) and I are taking a roadtrip adventure up to less miserable heat in Flagstaff, Arizona for rock climbing and more. As you know, bouldering is life for him. He has worked hard and is entering his senior year in the August. On the trip, we plan to go bouldering outside, visit climbing gyms, and other fun (non-climbing!) activities while meeting others along the way. Ender is thinking about what he wants to do after high school and he is is interested in climbing, coaching, helping others, and possibly kinesiology or physical therapy. He is excited to continue volunteering as a belayer/supporter for young adults with diverse needs later this summer and working a regular part time job when the school year starts. A trip like this adventure will broaden his experiences within the climbing community, allow him to make connections with others who share the same passions, and gain valuable insight for his future plans. We will be tent camping, bringing/cooking our food, and traveling on a saved budget. Any support is greatly appreciated
