Good Day,

I am an End Stage Renal patient who has always worked several jobs. I have not traveled anywhere to learn. I've only traveled to go to seminars for work. Now, I am disabled and waiting for a kidney. I have the time now, but not the money. It would be a great wish of mine. I posted a pic of me before I went into the hospital because it's the way I would like people to see me. I would like a stress free vacation for myself and 17 year old daughter.
