Hi Everyone,

Lailah a 7 year old who has qualified to represent Team USA at the 2024 WKC Worlds tournament in Portugal. Lailah has put in many hours of training and has worked extremely hard to make Team USA.She has shown determination and dedication during training and her love for karate and taking her skills to the next level. She’s excited about this opportunity and we would love if you could support her on this journey.

Lailah has been in Karate since 2020. She has developed a passion for it and has made some amazing friends across the country. She is seen as a leader as she shares her knowledge and experience while assisting with Karate classes.

In 2021 Lailah won her first set fight in Miami Florida, where she returned July 30th, 2022, to fight to retain her title and won again. In 2021 and 2022 she was ranked #1 in fighting, forms and weapons with the All-Star Karate League.

February 2022 Lailah won Grand Champions 5 & under Division. Lailah continued her success in April 2022 she had a set fight in Orlando, Florida where she won 24 to 2.

Lailah won competitor of the year for 2022 with Point Fighter Live.

March 4th, 2023 Lailah qualified for Team USA.

Lailah competed in Detroit, Michigan for WKC (World karate and kickboxing commission) Nationals to represent TEAM USA and won a silver medal on June 3rd, 2023.

Lailah went to compete at WKC worlds October 2023 while having a minor set breaking a toe she still placed 5th for her first time competing at worlds.

March of 2024 she qualified at regionals moving on to nationals in Detroit , Michigan and she won a Gold medal as she placed 1st.

She’s now set to compete at WKC Worlds in Portugal October 2024.

Lailah's dedication to Karate since 2020 has led her to remarkable achievements. She’s not only developed a strong passion for the sport but also made lasting friendships across the country. Her leadership qualities shine as she assists with Karate classes, sharing her knowledge and experience with others.

In 2021, Lailah claimed victory in her first set fight in Miami, Florida, and returned on July 30th, 2022, to successfully defend her title. Her talent was further recognized in 2021 and 2022 when she was ranked #1 in fighting, forms, and weapons with the All-Star Karate League.

Her success continued into 2022, where in February, she won the Grand Champions title in the 5 & Under Division. In April of the same year, she dominated in a set fight in Orlando, Florida, with an impressive score of 24 to 2. Lailah’s outstanding performances earned her the title of Competitor of the Year for 2022 by Point Fighter Live.

On March 4th, 2023, Lailah qualified for Team USA, marking another milestone in her Karate journey. She competed at the WKC Nationals in Detroit, Michigan, on June 3rd, 2023, representing Team USA and winning a silver medal. Despite a minor setback of breaking a toe, Lailah persevered and placed 5th in her first appearance at WKC Worlds Orlando in October 2023.

Continuing her streak of success, Lailah qualified at regionals in March 2024 and went on to win a gold medal at nationals in Detroit, Michigan, placing 1st. Now, she is gearing up to compete at WKC Worlds in Portugal.
