Why I Started This Journey
As a mother, my greatest responsibility and deepest desire is to provide my children with a safe, peaceful, and nurturing home. I decided to embark on this journey because I know my children deserve more than just “getting by” — they deserve stability, security, and a neighborhood where they can grow, play, and thrive without constant worry.
I’ve worked hard to keep our family moving forward, but the reality is that the economy has made even basic goals feel overwhelming. Rising housing costs, unexpected expenses, and financial setbacks have made it much harder than I ever imagined to secure a better home on my own. Still, I haven’t given up — and I’m reaching out now because I believe community can make what feels impossible become possible.
My hope is simple but powerful: to move my children into a nicer, safer neighborhood and a home where they can feel proud, protected, and at peace.
What This Project Is About
