As a child, I dreamt of seeing the world. Now that I have a family of my own, I want to share the riches of other countries and cultures with them, especially the beautiful people that make them up. 

I wish I could say I had some great community service project behind this trip, but really, I'm just trying to show my children the world and cultivate a deep appreciation in them for other people, no matter where they are from.

I'd love to stand on top of the Great Wall and tell my 8 year old self that I did it, I made it. I grew up thinking it was impossible to leave my home town, a place where people seemed locked in. I'm on a mission to show that it's not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
