My Travel Story

My name is David Crespo, im from Maracaibo Venezuela.
I have a degree in business management at URBE university a college from my town that's well known for having a campus in Miami FL. Right now im studying to become a certificated personal trainner and i succesfully completed OPEN ENGLISH couse in 2018 which is the most famous online english academy in south america, im also very obssesed with blues music and the electric guitar.. been playing for about 14 years; there's a link to my soundcloud on my profile.

So 2022 started with a big once in a lifetime chance for me, because finally my application in AFS Venezuela (An international cultural exchange organization) has been aproved after 2 years applying and trying to get a vacant finally i have been included in the program and a foreign family from the Netherlands have agreed for a cultural exchange experience with me, they will be hosting me there for 6 months in which i will have the right to work there partially and i will be learning the native language a little.. they will have the responsability of teaching me the way of living of the dutch and its culture and i will have to share with them as much as i can of my language my culture, skills, traditions and as much as i can from me and my country, but my main focus its gonna be try to make some retribution to them in form of me being helpful and being grateful just for the fact of hosting me and giving me the chance to grow as a person and grow as a human beign, im very excited to know this beautiful place honestly a place with a very large history such as the Netherlands its just gonna be amazing.. but more than a recreational trip its gonna be deeply informative and educational for me since i have never been to Europe even once.
I would love to be able to travel overseas and dont miss this chance because vacants in Venezuela for AFS are very very limited unlike other countries, is very hard to get.

Here is when fundmytravel comes to the scene.. i just want to ask God to make this possible for me and to you guys out there to give me a helping hand to become a global citizen.. because even if you can only help me with 5 dollars that is gonna be really meaningful to me.. i still have a lot of work to do for this travel, starting with some documentation and papperwork in my country so this might happen in the late 2022 because my application in AFS has a limit and it can expire.. so i have to be quick and get all together.
