Hi! My name is Bridget and I am currently majoring in Mass Media, minoring in art. I am a creative person who loves video and photography, and who loves learning about how those things impact our lives today. I am incredibly blessed and excited to get the chance to visit a wonderful country such as Italy in my youth.

It has always been a dream of mine to travel around the world and this trip will be the one that starts it off for me. I am very excited about this opportunity to not only travel but to learn about things that matter to me and expand my knowledge on historical art and other cultures. If you know me, you know that I love learning about new things, people, and cultures, and this trip will aid me in doing just that. 

I will be traveling abroad for the Maymester with the college from May 11th -June 5th. Italy is known for its rich history and artifacts, which helps amplify the significance of this trip for art majors/students. 

I will be vlogging and posting about my trip and my whereabouts on youtube so make sure you check out my youtube channel! I am also making the efforts to learn Italian basics, with hopes to learn the language in its entirety in the future. (I speak Spanish fluently as well, which makes learning Italian slightly easier!)

Any help or contribution will be greatly appreciated. You will be helping me raise the last amount of my trip. The trip itself totals to be $5,000. I have already raised and saved half of that ($2,500), and I am currently working to raise the rest. I am working part-time to come up with funds for the costs, as well as having bake sales and photoshoots with locals from my community. Your donation will contribute to airfare, food cards, housing, and field trips around the country.
