I am not sure how to do the salutation, if I should say Hi or Hello, but for the esteemed person reading this, I extend my deepest gratitude just for even reading this and if you could help me, not just financially but with any ideas or way to get out of it, you would literally be a superhero with other worldly humanity in you not only on my eyes but also for my loved ones who are dependent on me.

I have a great family consisting of my father, Mother, a younger brother and a wife. My father and me, the are the sole earner of our household. He just had his retirement from his corporate life, with piles of loans. We didn’t had a home and were staying in company provided quarters, and just at his last years of retirement he constructed a house realizing we literally had no house to stay after his retirement. He arranged few funds from his friends and most as a loan.

My brother unfortunately is suffering from Chronic Kindly Disease (CKD) and has to go for dialysis every 3 times a week, being on the verge of death, the positivity he maintains within him just to not make anyone sad, is a power on it’s own. During the last years of retirement, my father, along with constructing a house got us married. I am earning, however in a different region than my locality and that area in my country stands to be a job hub and stands to be very expensive to stay, bit for growth purpose, we have to, right? It’s been 2-3 years since my wife lost touch with job, and she manages all my relatives and my home which is a job in itself.

However, my father never asked me anything but in his last days of retirement, he told me all his loans and the expenses he has to do for my brother, he is earning good, way good, but with these kinds of expenses, his salary or what’s left of it is in pennies. Whereas my job profile is into finance, and I try to earn but it doesn’t stand enough even for the 2 of us in the job hub state. So I started doing trading in Bitcoin. There was a good return initially but, since I had very little knowledge of it, I wasn’t aware that I was being done Fraud.

It turned out, in the other sides, there were a bunch of Fraudster and with luring opportunities, I went ahead. This whole time, my intentions were to earn some money so that I can help my father with few of his debts and my brother’s expenses as well. I took loans from Bank, and gradually after some while, I got blocked from all end and all my money was with Fraudsters. I am in a loan of 4 times my Salary. Instead of helping my father, now I am in a pile of loan.

To give you the exact figures, I earn around 12.5 Lakhs INR (15k USD) per annum, with every deductions, I get around 86k INR (1040 USD) per month. I am in a loan of 40 Lakhs INR (48,100 USD) and after paying the EMIs and rent, my salary is in -800 INR every month. Luckily my wife had some savings and we are surviving on that, but it is going to last us some months and with skipping few meals, might last for a year.

What I did, I filed a complaint in Cyber Police Stations, they are tracking the amount but they literally told us to not have much hope, however, if we get the amounts, there are legal things and a lawyer needs to get involved, and honestly, we don’t have enough to pay lawyer as well. My Father is already in a loan of some 70 Lakhs INR (84k USD) [making it a total of some 1.2 Crore INR (150,000 USD) of Loans in our family] and he is managing my younger brother’s medical expenses as well, but not sure how long, I was planning to have a kid, but with this kind of scenario, I don’t think I can for at least next 5-6 years. I am trying to find a job, so that at least my salary can be in positive figures and if any medical emergencies come to both of us, we can afford it to some extent.

I am not able to think straight, I can’t start a family, I can support my family at this point, I have not informed all but some important people who can manage out this stress and we can talk to some people when in stress, but most importantly, nobody can support me financially at this point. I know what I did was foolish, I took the easy way out, I am trying my level best to get jobs so that I can at least survive and both are looking out where we can do part time as well over the weekend. With my father retired, my wife with 3-4 years of distant experience, nobody is getting any luck with jobs. I am not able to afford to go to police station every day as I can’t afford the gas price as well, I am keeping it reserved for office only.

If you are still with me and reading this, I am literally at the stage where I can grab your feet and beg you if you want, but if you can please show me some way to get out of this or help me financially at least for the 40-50 Lakhs INR (USD 60K) of Loan if not more so that I can lend a hand to my father, I will be out of debt, the lessons I learned, I will now be great at savings and help little by little to my family and at least get the courage to star think about starting a family at some point. I am not sure how safe it is to put my contact details here, considering the Fraud experience I had, however I will drop an email I created recently – gyaneshdharmisc@gmail.com , if anyone wants to contact me and help me, just even a little. I literally can’t express it by words but it would mean a lot to me, even 1 buck counts for me at this point. Requesting you to please help if you can and if you have a belief that I am in any kind misleading or telling lies, I will be happy to show you the proofs of any related things you want. May God bless you and your family and keep you in good health !
