Help me funding my volunteer trip to South Africa
My Travel Story
The Wild Cat Sanctuary acts as both a permanent sanctuary and also a rehabilitative site for animals that are able to return to their natural habitat. The sanctuary has saved 12 lions from being hunted in the wild. There are a wide variety of different animals at this sanctuary including cheetahs, lions, leopards, caracals, African wild cats, foxes, jackals, meerkats, and monkeys. Some of the tasks I will be doing include preparing food and feeding the animals, cleaning, building, and repairing enclosures, nursing sick animals, assisting with research efforts and data collection, and more. Along with working as a volunteer, I will also get the opportunity to see different parts of South Africa and experience the culture.
Any amount of money helps and is greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who helps make this dream a reality for me! Every bit of money counts and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
These funds will cover the costs of airfare, a visa and other sundry items that I will need. Your contributions mean the world both to me and to these wild cats.
