My Travel Story
My name is Benedetta Jones, and I am asking for your support as I take an important step toward rebuilding my life.
I am a healthcare professional who has dedicated my career to caring for others during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Today, I find myself asking for the same kindness and compassion that I have tried to give to others.
I am a widow, and earlier this year I experienced another heartbreaking loss when my beloved father, Benjamin B. Jones Sr., a proud U.S. Navy veteran, passed away. After losing both my husband and my father, I have faced emotional and financial challenges that have made moving forward incredibly difficult.
Despite these hardships, I have not given up.
I have accepted a healthcare job opportunity in Vermont that will allow me to continue serving patients, regain financial stability, and rebuild my life through meaningful work. This opportunity represents hope, independence, and a fresh start.
Unfortunately, after funeral expenses and the financial strain that followed my father's passing, I do not have the funds needed to travel to Vermont and cover basic relocation expenses before receiving my first paycheck.
