Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m determined to finish what I started for my daughter, Semirah. She turned 8 this past November—her "golden birthday." I promised her a dream trip to Disney World to celebrate, and even though the date has passed, I’ve told her that this whole year is her Golden Year.

I’m launching this new campaign page to help us cross the finish line. We’ve already raised about 32% of the total goal privately, and I’m looking to hit the final target soon so we can get this trip on the calendar for this summer.

This past year has been quite a journey. Semirah was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, which was a lot for a kid to navigate. But I am so happy to share that she has been seizure-free for a couple of months now! She has been so incredibly brave through the doctor visits and changes, and I want to reward that strength with the magic I promised her.

We aren't looking for huge donations. If you can spare just $5, it would add up to help us get there. Your contribution would go directly to the costs of park tickets, travel, and a place to stay.

This is a chance to give Semirah a birthday memory she will never forget. Any help, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. After the trip, I will be sending a special photo update to everyone who supports us, so you can see the magic you helped create.
