My Travel Story

Hi my name is Haley and I graduated in December 2022 from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I am currently a student of The University of Florida's Master's Program. I hope to pursue a career as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist.

I am seeking donations to fund my externship with the Therapy Abroad Speech Therapy Program in Belize for Spring 2025. I traveled the past two May's to Belize to provide services to children local to San Ignacio. This service-learning & study abroad experience during my externship semester will allow me to provide speech-language and hearing therapy to those in need of services. During my program I will become a more competent and culturally-aware professional and will network with fellow peers and professionals in the field. I greatly appreciate any donation and am thankful for the opportunity to continue learning with Therapy Abroad. Thank you!
