My Travel Story

Hello Friends and Family!
For the longest time, I wanted to have the opportunity to travel the world and experience different cultures.  I was given the opportunity to travel to Madrid, Spain this summer with my Spanish 3 Class. I am half Puerto Rican and Dominican and excited to immerse myself in Spanish culture to learn how different Spanish countries have different dialects and cultural traditions.  The itinerary includes going to museums in Madrid to immerse myself in the rich history of Spain's capital; Revel in its charming plazas, historic monuments and world-famous museums. From where we fly into Madrid, after a few days we will head to Granada and experience an authentic flamenco show and visit the Moorish palace, La Alhambra. The final week will be with a host family where I will become a local for a week and appreciate everyday Spanish Culture and lifestyle. However, there are aspects of the itinerary that are not covered by the travel costs, thus needing money. This will cover things like meals not covered by the program, as well as other cultural activities that we come across along our trip. No donation is not to small. I appreciate your support!
