My Travel Story

Throughout my years growing up, I've always yearned to know who I am. I used to look at other ethnicities and cultures that practiced traditions that went hundreds and hundreds of years back, and I always knew that I had to find mine. 
During the pandemic, I did alot of research on where my ancestral footprint started and through extensive research and DNA testing, I found that my bloodline comes from the Tikar people of Cameroon, Nigeria and Ghana; and the Bubi tribe of the Bioko Islands. 
It has been my mission ever since then to go and learn those traditions and love on those people, MY PEOPLE. I want to teach the children and also help the homeless. I've wanted this more and more ever since I found out my origin. So each year I've been anticipating this moment, but unfortunately the money I had saved had to be used to bury my murdered nephew. Over $4000. So now I'm back at square 1. I need to raise almost $10,000-$15,000 to go, pay for hotels, research the area, eat, live and buy the plot of land to start my small school of confidence and etiquette. And at the same time soak up everything like a sponge. I pray truly that someone hears my cry.
