My brother Learoy was a fitness trainer and Gym enthusiast who worked tirelessly and excitedly in his community in West Germany, to get people of all size and shapes comfortable with exercise.  Be it tradional aerobics or water aerobics he was all for it.   One tragic morning in January 2023,  he moved from being able to move from 100 miles per hour ( he is always on the go) to zero  - laying flat on his back with severe chest pains. He was suffering an aortic dissection of the heart valve,  that put him in a coma, and he is now fighting for his life. He is now out of the coma but has severe brain damage.

I am his only next of kin, and he lives in Germany.  My husband and I really need help in travelling to Germany every other weekend to see him and help him with his recovery for a period of 1 year. He responds to sound and there is some little movement in his hands and feet.  Our trips help to stimulate him due to familar voices and he is able to lock his eyes on us.   We are not yet able to afford continuous therapy for him and so every help we can get in our travels to be with him is greatly appreciated.

We desperately need our brother back, and we believe that continuous contact, motivation, mental stumulation from us will be of great benefit to getting him on the path to recovery.  Please do help, we appreciate every penny - no matter how small or large.
