My Travel Story

Hey there! Thank you for taking the time to read this :) My name is Abby and I am fundraising for a 6 month-long exchange programme in Europe, specifically Netherlands. I would love to have the chance to expand my cultural knowledge while completing my degree. It is an incredible educational opportunity to have, but unfortunately, the cost is quite challenging for my family, and I do hope to personally fund it by myself as much as possible as I don't want to be a financial burden on my parents. Having never travelled to the UK/Europe region before, this would mean a lot to me -- to be able to study there and see a little bit more of the world and what it has to offer. I've attached a video (not mine!!) about all the great reasons for going o exchange in the Netherlands :)

Despite being a full-time student, I am currently juggling 3 jobs as I am aware of the financial strain this half-year stint would entail, and am personally trying my best to save up for it because it really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If you could help support me as I chase my dreams, I will be forever grateful for your kindness. I'm not one to ask for help because, well, pride and shame, but any money in whatever amount made from this fundraiser will be a great help in making all of this a reality. When I complete my degree and start working full-time, I intend to pay it forward to struggling students in any way I can on this site.
