My name is Mahen Priyankara Gedarwela. I am currently residing in Sri Lanka. My educational qualification is higher education. I have also completed all the courses such as motor mechanic, motor electrician, sheet metal and welding and passed the examination. I am currently working under someone else for daily wages but I am not earning any profit. I want to start my own workshop where I repair new vehicles. I want to rent an empty building that is qualified for that. I can pay the rent monthly but I do not have a fixed amount of money to pay the initial advance and the retention money and I do not have any property to sell or sell in my possession. I am also in a situation like this. I request the philanthropists and philanthropists who help us financially. I kindly request you to give me my retention money and the extra money.
