Hi everyone,
My name is Indy, and I really want to do a wildlife research internship at Phinda Game Reserve in South Africa. This opportunity is more than just an internship, it’s a chance to gain hands-on experience in conservation, ecological monitoring, and wildlife protection, while contributing directly to safeguarding some of the world’s most iconic and threatened species. Exactly what I need for what I want to do for my future career. And to be able to do this for my last semester of my study Animal Management, is going to be a dream come true. 

During my internship, I would be actively involved in:
Tracking and monitoring wildlife populations (including lions, cheetahs, and elephants).
Collecting data to support anti-poaching and habitat management strategies.
Learning from conservation experts about how research drives decision-making.
Supporting sustainable conservation that benefits both wildlife and local communities.
This experience will not only deepen my skills in wildlife research but also help me grow as a conservationist dedicated to protecting ecosystems for future generations.
