Hello, 
My name is Lisa Mitchell and I am a 39 year old wife and mother. We have an 18-year-old girl (she just started college!) and a 10-year-old son. I have been married to my wonderful wife Eliska for just over a year, and she is the love of my life. She has been there for me through thick and thin and I have done the same. I really do take pride in that! Unfortunately, I have developed some health issues and I have not been working. I will not have a paycheck after this week, and it hinders my family greatly because I carry us on my health insurance. Before my health issues, as a surprise I purchased tickets to see Rickey Smiley in Atlanta, GA for her birthday on October 14th, 2023 but I still need to purchase plane tickets and a hotel. (She still doesn't know!) We also need spending money for food. I really want to do this for her birthday because she does so much for us. Please help me make this come true..that would mean the world to me to still be able to take her to see her favorite comedian!
