Hi, I’m Ariel  — a student of Classical Studies with a deep love for ancient history, mythology, and the search for meaning that connects past to present. This winter, I’ve been accepted into a two-week archaeological field school in Greece, where I’ll be working on-site at the ancient ruins of Aixonidai Halai (Voula). It’s a rare opportunity to step beyond the classroom and into the earth — uncovering stories, artifacts, and experiences that bring the ancient world to life.

This excavation will help me grow not only as a scholar but as a person. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree, with hopes of continuing to graduate school in ancient history or philosophy. This experience would strengthen my understanding of material culture, fieldwork, and the rituals and structures that shaped ancient Greek life.

Unfortunately, there are no grants or scholarships available for the winter program, and I’ll need to fund the full cost on my own. That includes program fees, flights, and basic living costs while abroad.

If you feel moved to support this journey — whether through a donation, a share, or a kind word — thank you.
