My Travel Story

Hello! My name is Ollie May and I am currently studying biomedical engineering and premedical studies at Miami University in Ohio. My goal is to attend medical school after I graduate and pursue a career as a physician. I hope to work with nonprofit organizations such as the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders(MSF), travelling around to the rougher areas of the world to assist those who need it most. However, I do not want to wait until then to begin making a difference. With this trip, I can reach out and help children achieve the education they want. This is a great way for me to make a true difference in others lives, and gain insight on travelling alone, to a developing country, to do volunteer work. I am truly passionate about reaching out and helping others when they need it most.
