My Travel Story

Hey! My name is Zeinab and I hope to teach English in Spain in 2022! I graduated with my BSc in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Sociology December 2019. January 2021 the pandemic had already affected my carreer and life. I wanted to be a federal agent, and help anyone I could, and keep everyone safe. My goal in life was to always leave an impact or a positive experience in other people's lives. What I really realized was that life is too short and my days were passing by and my passion to help others burnt stronger than ever. I heard about Global Work & Travel and applied. Once I was approved, I knew I wanted to teach in Spain specifically because I want to become fluent in Spanish. I currently speak English, Arabic, French and some Spanish. This program means a lot to me because I've never had an older sibiling or mentor that I can look up to, I've always had to figure it out on my own (I even taught myself French in the 5th grade!!) I mentored for 5 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters and raised all 3 of my younger sisters. I have a passion for education and being that person that makes a difference in someone else's life.
