I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My name is Chamuel Publico, a humble father of 8 beautiful children, residing in the Philippines.

We were involved in a severe vehicular accident that has left my two children seriously injured. They are currently admitted to the hospital and the medical expenses are mounting every day.

As a father, it is heart-wrenching to see my children suffer and not be able to provide them with the medical care they desperately need. We live a simple life, and I work hard to provide for my family, but the cost of the treatments is beyond our means.
