Hi everyone!

My name is Caroline, and I’ve received an amazing opportunity to study abroad in Malaysia for a foundation program in business, to bridge the gap to a university degree. This is a dream come true for me, but I need your help to make it a reality.

Growing up in the East African country of Malawi, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges. With a recent devastating currency devaluation of 44% in November 2023, affording even the basics has become incredibly difficult for my family and I.

But despite the hardships, I’ve never lost sight of my dreams. This opportunity to study in Malaysia is not just about furthering my education; it’s about breaking the cycle of poverty and creating a better future for myself and my community.

While I’m doing everything I can to save money, the cost of a plane ticket is still out of reach for me. If you’re able to contribute any amount, no matter how small, it would mean the world to me.
