I have dedicated my sophomore and junior years of my high school education to receiving treatment for an eating disorder. Throughout this period, I have been deprived of personal freedom. However, for my senior year, I have made the transition to a boarding school. Although this adjustment has presented its fair share of challenges, I am optimistic that I will be granted respite and the opportunity to embark on a trip to Italy. My intentions for this journey are to visit family members and nurture a long-distance relationship that I maintain in that region. The past two years of undergoing treatment have served as a period of profound self-reflection, enabling me to ascertain my true identity. Consequently, I am now confident in my ability to venture into the world and exhibit personal growth and resilience. Moreover, I am in dire need of a vacation. Coping with an eating disorder and other mental health conditions is an arduous task, not only for myself but also for those who surround me. It is my desire to demonstrate to my loved ones the progress I have made. I firmly believe that a trip to Italy will facilitate my personal development and provide me with invaluable insights into the realities of life.
