LET'S HELP UKOM RE-TAKER IN INDONESIA

HOW IMPORTANT IS UKOM FOR HEALTH PERSONNEL?

Health workers are one of the professions that are in great demand by Indonesians, including the nursing profession. As a health worker, a nurse is required to be able to provide health services that have competence in their field.

According to Permenkes No. 1796 of 2011 concerning the Registration of Health Workers, all health workers including nurses are required to take a Competency Test as a condition for obtaining a Registration Certificate (STR). They will not be able to work in a health facility if they do not have a Registration Certificate (STR) obtained through a Competency Exam.

Ukom is held 3 times a year (March, July and October period) with the number of participants per period of approximately 20 thousand participants. However, this number is not comparable to the passing percentage of participants of 35%. This condition then resulted in the number of unemployed nurse graduates increasing every year.

Seeing this, RUKI (Indonesian Competency Test House) then appeared as a forum to help nurses achieve the COMPETENT label.

WHAT'S THE ROLE OF RUKI IN THE PROBLEM?
One participant has experienced Failure 11 times which spent Rp. 3,300,000, - where the cost to take one UKOM is around 300 thousand rupiah. The cost is not small for nursing graduates who do not have a job.

Lack of learning media, unstable internet access, and lack of motivation and support from certain parties are the main problems for the failure of UKOM participants, especially in the EAST region of Indonesia, namely Southeast Sulawesi and Maluku

RUKI (Indonesian Competency Test House) is present in the midst of these problems and has become a HOUSE that facilitates and provides FREE learning guidance in dealing with Ukom with 12,000 participants spread throughout Indonesia, inseparable from the EAST region, namely Southeast Sulawesi and Maluku.

This is the main problem that needs to be solved by RUKI (Indonesian Competency Test House) to take a role and role model in eliminating and eradicating UKOM Re-taker participants.

So, the funds collected will later be used to develop RUKI for the Southeast Sulawesi and Maluku Region in providing UKOM guidance both online and offline, publishing the latest and updated UKOM panda books, maximizing direct guidance / Face to Face and filling in National Seminars or Workshops at various institutions. in Southeast Sulawesi and Maluku regions so that UKOM's First Taker & RE-TAKER can learn more optimally in order to gain COMPETENT.
