As a food enthusiast, and a caterer in my home country, experiencing different cultures through food is my greatest joy and passion. This gives me more ideas to curate menus. I have a following who always encourage me to travel out to explore many different dishes to expand my horizon. Because I love healthy meals, Asian dishes are always a fantastic option, unfortunately in my home country, there aren't many Asian restaurants.
