My name is Jose Cornieles, I am 35 years old, born in Venezuela, and I have been living in Argentina for the past 9 years. I am a Marketing graduate and a digital professional specialized in web design and Meta Ads.

I was forced to leave my country due to the political and social crisis. Like many migrants, I arrived with dreams, goals, and the determination to rebuild my life from scratch. Over the years, I worked in many different jobs, adapted, learned new skills, and eventually transitioned into remote digital work.

However, this journey has also been marked by deep personal struggles. After years of emotional exhaustion, frustration, and unhealthy coping mechanisms, I made the conscious decision to completely change my life. I am now sober, committed to personal growth, and focused on healing long-standing emotional and childhood traumas.

This trip to Europe is not just about traveling — it is a transformational journey, both external and internal. I want to reconnect with myself, gain clarity, discipline, and purpose, and document this process honestly so others going through similar struggles can feel less alone.

Professionally, this experience will help me grow as a digital marketer and creative professional by expanding my perspective, improving my skills, and building meaningful international connections. In addition, I plan to volunteer in the places I visit, offering my professional skills in marketing, web design, and digital advertising to local projects, NGOs, or community initiatives that need support.
