My father suffers from severe muscular problems that worsen each day. Simple tasks like walking or lifting his arms cause him immense pain. Watching him struggle is heartbreaking. Doctors in our country have done what they can, but they say advanced treatment in the USA offers hope. Unfortunately, we do not have the money to afford such care. Our financial situation is difficult, and every dollar goes toward daily needs. I wish we could give him the chance for better health, but right now, we are powerless. His condition continues to decline, and we desperately need support and help.
