Walthamstow School for Girls is going back to Kinuni School, Zanzibar. Walthamstow established a relationship with the school during the first trip in 2017 and now we want to build on the relationship and continue to help the community in any way that we can. The school is going back with three members of staff and a new group of 21 Year 9 and 10 students. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the students - a chance to help support and improve the lives of others, to experience a different culture, and to develop a connection with new people and each other. It is no exaggeration to say that some students from the previous trip found the experience life-changing and Kinuni School is also delighted that the connection is being kept alive.Walthamstow School for Girls is excited to provide this opportunity to another group of students who will be teaching, decorating and helping in any way that they can. Please help us make this important trip happen.
