Witnessing the struggles of the homeless as a young girl when I would visit the city of Boston ignited a lifelong passion in me to bring love and compassion to those in need. Witnessing the confusion and fear I seen their eyes and sensing the physical pain in their bodies from the elements, touched me to the depths of my soul. From that day forward my view of the trials and tribulations people face and my love for humanity became a hard truth reality that has stayed with me into adulthood. However, one not have to be homeless to encounter the hard knocks of life which can have its cripling effects at a mind, body and soul level. We all have our stories to tell which can leave us seeking refuge from the scars we endured from our experiences.

Over 30 years as a holistic practitioner I am ready to hit the road to share my knowledge and compassion with those in pain by offering wellness workshops and sessions to communities nationwide.
Who I Am: A seasoned holistic practitioner with decades of experience in art therapy, massage therapy and body work therapuetic healing modalities.

My Mission: To travel nationwide, offering little to no cost healing workshops and sessions to those experiencing pain in mind, body, and soul.

My Unique Qualifications: With over 30 years as a holistic practitionor, given the nature of the venue, the services I will be offering will range from hands on therapuetic massage therapy, reiki, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and total body stretching. The wellness workshops will include guided meditation in shadow work and healing from inner child trauma, yoga, life and business coaching and art therapy.

How You Can Help: Your donations will cover travel expenses, supplies, and lodging, enabling me to reach more communities and help more people. A few specific communities and types of people I'll be targeting will be veterans, elderly, low-income families, and children. The venues that I will be visiting could range from homeless shelters, nursing homes, foster homes, hospitals, foster homes, and assisted living facilities to name a few.

Impact: Imagine a veteran struggling with PTSD finding peace and healing through my art therapy sessions or soothing and relieving pain held in the body due to a traumatic experience. Envision a world where everyone has at their disposal the tools and confidence to heal themselves with the many resourses that will be available. Your support brings this vision closer to reality. As I venture out in my humanitarian mission project I will be adding photos and testimonials along the way.

Goal Breakdown: 30% for travel, 20% for supplies, 50% for lodging. Every dollar will be going to good use.

*I do accept donations of new or used as far as water color paints, brushes, water color paper 8x11 or larger, yoga matts and props, disposable sheets and face covers, hand sanitizer, gift cards, eye pillows.
