My name is Victoria Raymond, I am the mother of 5 awesome kids. Our Middle daughter Simone is a particularly gifted artist who is graduating from highschool this year. This year she really outdid herself and won not one but two national awards for the Scholastic Arts Contest. I just found out that the awards are presented at Carnegie Hall. Our wonderful daughter never even mentioned this knowing that her dad and I were not able to cover the cost. I keep seeing her looking at her phone and reading about the ceremony, a once in a lifetime event, and looking at plane ticket prices hoping to scrap up enough money babysitting etc..to buy a ticket. She wants to go so bad that when I asked her about it she told me that she could go and not even stay just get her award and turn around and get back on the plane. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my kids, and I am trying to make this happen for her, but I'm not sure that we will be able to swing it. Please, help me get this awesome kid to Carnegie Hall. I feel like it is something that just will never happen to her again. Thank you so very Sincerely
