Ever since I arrived at FSU, I have wanted to participate in the Study Abroad program. My insatiable interest in history and my goal to become fluent in Spanish  make FSU's Valencia program perfect for me. The very idea of living in Spain, a country with over a thousand years of recorded history, is incredibly exciting. I’ve always dreamed of living in Europe, and being able to walk down a street where every building is hundreds of years old. For example, the building that now acts as FSU’s Study Center in Valencia was built hundreds of years ago, when the Moors still controlled Southern Spain!
