My Travel Story
My name is Mariah Crowley, I currently work as a registered nurse in emergency medicine while working towards my masters in education. While my love for nursing continues to prove is strong, my love for traveling is stronger and now I am fortunate enough to be able to combine the two.
In December I will be traveling to San Jose, Costa Rica to work alongside local physicians and medical personel to provide healthcare needs to surrounding cities and neighborhoods. I am fortunate enough to stay with a host family who will provide a safe home and home cooked meals, however additional resources/transportation while in the field will not be provided (i.e, gloves, PPE, water filters)
