Rural Physically Handicapped Center For Rehabilitation in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh State in India is serving in the rural area. The villages in this area are not developed because there is very little rain in this area. There are small farmers in the rural area. These farmers have very small area of land. Crops are to be grown in these lands, which means water is needed. Small farmers are not getting water from the wells in their lands because the depth of the wells is very low. Small farmers do not have financial power to install water bore in their land. Small farmers are in a helpless situation. Small farmers need investment and water to grow crops but these two are not available to small farmers. Some small farmers take loans to grow crops and rely on rains to grow crops. If the rains do not come in time, the crops will dry up. Many small farmers are dying because they are unable to pay off their crop loans. Their families are becoming orphans. Many of the small farmers in the villages leave their villages for the livelihood of their families and migrate with their families to neighboring states for wage work. Due to small farmers going this way, their children's education is completely stopped

Rural Physically Handicapped Center For Rehabilitation is sending these proposals that have not been decided to provide water for crops on the lands of small farmers. Small farmers will be formed as self-help groups in each village. A group has 11 farmers as members. We will set up an underground water bore for these 11 members. We provide water to the lands of these 11 farmers with one water bore. Small farmers grow crops with this water. Also, we provide investment to these groups for farmers to grow crops. 50 thousand small farmers families will benefit from this project
