My Travel Story

During this spring semester I am fortunate enough to be studying abroad at the University of the Aegean in Rhodes, Greece! This entire trip is taking me far out of my comfort zone as there are only two of us in the program. Throughout my life I have been sheltered to people extremely similar to me and I want to learn from different perspectives. Working in the psychology field, it is extraordinarily important to be able to see others perspectives. When abroad I will be exposed to people of infinite different upbringings from several different countries. Not only will this help me exponentially in my career, but it will help better me as a human being overall by being able to empathize with others and have a further understanding of their own lives. Each donation will be put towards travel fees, books, meals, and so forth. Thank you so much in advance!
