My Travel Story

Hello all,
 
Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to read this post, very much appreciated.
 
OK so here goes!
 
When I was younger (9) my mother died and I was made to live with my dad who lives with his mother (my gran) and his dad (my grandad who has passed away many years ago), he has lived with them all his life never really leaving the nest, I was subject to degradation every day, bullied and made to be a slave every waking second after school, school was a haven for me because I could be free and my true self, this was a tortuous time but I was given one break every year.... From this I was introduced to the beautiful island of Kefalonia in the Ionian Islands of Greece from my first visit at a very young age I would say around 10 years old I went with my father almost every year till the age of 15, I made many friends their and connected with all the local Greeks, since then I studied Greek language in hope that I will live there one day, it really was the only place I felt safe and loved. Then I left the hell that was the family home and everything that has happened in the past 10-years such as going from homeless to being terrorised by neighbours and all sorts of twisted things I had developed depression and anxiety that is severe, all I have wanted to do is return to the island of which I call home and visit the people who took me under their wing and shown me love and respect. They are Uncle Dennis and Auntie Tessa at Status Cafe and Bar on Skala main road and at the beach front a eatery/bar I met Uncle Dionysius and Uncle Paris and their parents who were absolutely lovely and really did look after me, it's been so long and I miss them all so much, I have tried so many times to get their even booking the flights and such a few times only to have a issue take it from me such as money issues or surrounding issues with people putting me down which makes me shut myself in the house and fear going outside.
I really want to be able to see the people who changed my life so much and thank them for all they did, without them I would have ended up either dead or a very different person than today. 
I know with your support we can make it happen and make sure it really goes through from the start to the end with no issues. 
This may not be the most extreme campaign on here but it is a cause close to my heart, I believe or dream should I say that one day I can go home permanently and live with the people who I belong to.
