Doodle Baseball's fastball is the quickest pitch in the game. With such little time to respond, timing and instinct are put to the test. You can predict the trajectory of a slower throw, but a fastball makes you commit the second it leaves the pitcher's hand. A strike can result from even the smallest of misses.

It takes rhythm, not luck, to beat a fastball. You won't miss a beat thanks to the seamless animation and sound design of the game. When you practice, try not to react solely to the speed of the ball but rather to the timing of your strokes. Connecting with those incredibly quick pitches will become second nature after you establish a regular rhythm.

One of the most satisfying difficulties in Doodle Baseball is to beat the fastball. Those seemingly impossible pitches will become easy home runs with time, practice, and an excellent eye. Breathe deeply; you're prepared to hit for the fences the next time that cucumber pitcher wraps up.
