Hi my name is Yanell Mendoza and I go to school in San Francisco. There have been some rough bumps in the journey of my senior year. Our school is a small school without prom, homecoming, formals, or big sports events. My class wants to make the most out of our year by having a senior trip for the first time in a long time. There have been multiple road blocks throughout this process, but one of the hardest ones to get past is the issue of money. We each have to come up with a certain amount of money and it has become a heavy burden on my heart and my family. As a low-income family my parents have tried their best to provide everything i need, but this topic has been especially difficult. The money would go towards travel, food, and hotel accommodations. Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated! To those who donated and will donate, I just want to express how greatly I am thankful. People with generous hearts and the kindness to give their hard-earned money to a complete stranger give me a different outlook on life. ANYTHING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
