Hi everyone, my name is Layla, I’m a motivated student from North Africa with big dreams of gaining international experience in my field. I’ve recently been accepted for a 6-month internship in San Francisco, California, which will be a huge step for my professional and personal growth.
Unfortunately, coming from a low-income family, I don’t have the financial resources to cover the cost of flights, visa fees, housing, and living expenses during my internship. That’s why I’m reaching out for your support through this campaign.
Since I started my studies, I have always dreamed of going beyond my country’s borders to learn, grow, and challenge myself. This internship is an incredible opportunity where I will be able to:
Gain hands-on professional experience in an international environment.
Learn skills that I could never access at home.
Build a global network of mentors and professionals.
Return home with knowledge and confidence to share with others in my community.
The total estimated cost for this internship is around $5,300 (flights, visa, accommodation, transportation, and basic living expenses). Coming from a low-income household, my parents simply cannot cover this, and I don’t want to let finances stop me from this once-in-a-lifetime chance. 
I will take care of the accomodation and visa and transportation and other expenses, but if anyone is interested in helping with the flights, it would be very appreciated!
