We had a heck of a year in 2023. I went on permanent disability from my job. Someone randomly smashed the windshield on my car and put a huge dent in the drivers side front panel. Then less than a month after that was fixed, I hit a deer which caused $10k worth of damage but not enough to total it. So now second deductible paid, bringing that to $1000 out of pocket in a month. Then, just before Christmas, we lost my daughter-in-law to her brain cancer. She left behind my two beautiful grandchildren who are 8 and 9 yrs old. They will be going on this trip as well. My daughter Mary decided we needed a big break and decided we should try to celebrate her 30th all together at Disney World.
