I want to start a food restaurant at the kenyan coast that the local community can benefit from it through employment and even I'll teach them various meals and how to prepare them.
I chose Zanzibar because of their food market and because the foods that they prepare I can easily source them form the Kenyan market and prepare them.
I am passionate about this project because the outcome of the trip will help me create employment for the community members.
