My Travel Story

I am a single father on disability trying to travel almost 1500 miles from Powell River British Columbia to Prince Albert Saskatchewan in order to visit my 87 yr old mother whom I have been unable to see for almost 9 years because I simply can not afford the cost to make the trip and fear I am running out of time as my mothers health is worsening more and more with every passing day now with age. 
I have a nine year old son who I raise and care for on a fixed income that doesn't allow for any extra funds after our monthly expenses to save for a trip of this distance. 
I truly fear that if I can't make the trip within the next month or so I may never get to see her again. It's been so long already and I miss her so much and I am sure I will regret it for the rest of my life if I can't somehow make the trip to see her.
I pray every day that somehow I will find a way to get there, that someone will help me see my mom again before she passes and I lose the chance to thank her for all she sacrificed and did for me over the years and tell her how much I love her and miss her every day.
