Italy has been on my mind for years now . No matter how much you save money and plan. Italy is just not happening . Story time. Year 2021 - My husband told me, let’s take that Italy trip that you have been talking about for years . I was so happy and in one night I planned the entire itinerary . He applied for his leave . We were looking for flights and Baaam I got a job, that too years after sitting at home because of my H1Bvisa and I had no hope of getting a job and I had to join the exact date I was supposed to fly to Italy. I was sad and happy at the same time. So I started working thinking now that I have the job, I can go to Italy . Fast forward , few months later , I decided to take 10 days leave and bring my Italy plan back alive and baaam I got pregnant with my first baby. Again I was sad and happy at the same time , I was like why couldn’t you wait for like a month. Again I kept working until delivery and in my head I was planning right after the delivery. I will get my maternity leave and I will go to Italy using those break. Coz the silly me thought oh I will easily manage a baby. After all it’s a baby. And I was scheduled for c section and 3 days before my delivery Baaam I got laid off from my job. And I was like whaaat ?!!! DEAR GOD, can I please have one thing without loosing the other ?!! And Now I am left with a baby and no job and definitely no Italy in sight . It’s like when you have money you get no time and when you have time you are worried about money and that’s when I came across this fund my travel website and I definitely wanted to try. You don’t really have to fund, like my husband says,” Amy, Italy is going to be there only. It’s not gonna go anywhere “. And I know I will take that trip. And if this website actually does something . I will pay it forward. This trip is not going to impact my education or career. Probably going to come back from the trip and boast about the whole trip
